We are very satisfied with the installation of our garden house. The first time we went to orient ourselves, it took a while before we saw someone on the site and that we were approached. When we came back later by appointment, all the time was taken for us and it was very well thought out and advised. The delivery and installation also went as expected. We are very satisfied with the end result. It turned out exactly as we had hoped.

We were looking for a nice informal care home and Peter gave us good advice. The entire process from design to installation went great. We are very satisfied with the end result and especially satisfied with the pleasant contact with the employees of the Crossroads. Thanks again to Dennis, Sander, Jarno, Gilbert and Joost.

Super bad experience, are really amateurs. Cannot fulfill agreements both on delivery and when repairing damage they have made during delivery. Broken board twice. Windows come with broken rod. They have come back a total of three times to fix things and not once did they meet the agreed time. No people to schedule appointments with. And the quality isn't great either.

Experience after installing a roof at home: the process from orientation in the show garden, quotation to installation is very positive.The company stands for high quality in terms of materials and knowledge and skills in the total process. Outdoor employees are driven and mainly focused on satisfied customers. The work was done neatly and the end result was what I expected it to be. I cannot name any negatives and am extremely satisfied with this company.I highly recommend this company.

Ik heb Het Kruispunt ervaren als een uitstekende leverancier van mijn overkapping met glazen schuifwand. Er werd duidelijk gevraagd naar de wensen van de klant, en hierop werd ingespeeld. Ik heb de overkapping zelf gebouwd. Ik kreeg goed advies en kon altijd komen kijken in de prachtige showtuin tijdens het bouwen van de overkapping. Het hout was van goede en mooie kwaliteit voor een betaalbare prijs.Ik ben zeer tevreden en raad iedereen Het Kruispunt aan voor zowel overkappingen, blokhutten en schuttingen.

Very bad experience with this company. My advice: Look further. Because Udenhout is not next door to us, I called first. I clearly indicated that we were looking for a wooden veranda and asked whether we should make an appointment for this. That wasn't necessary. Then we drove there and we visited the "show garden". Clearly no maintenance or cleaning had been done for some time. There were price tags, but underneath it said that these prices were no longer valid. Still, we wanted a quote, so we went into the office. A lady who visibly didn't feel like it, told us that they can only make quotations by appointment. I indicated that I had called in advance and that that would not be necessary, to which she said that you do not have to make an appointment to view the showroom, but you do have to make an appointment if you want to speak to an advisor. She could have given me a folder. We declined that generous offer.

Unfortunately. Visited last year and got a good impression. Went back today with concrete plans to get advice and a price indication. We were spoken to by an employee who clearly did not want to sell us anything. Despite the high temperatures, we were not even offered a drink, let alone a seat. Instead of the expected consultation, we were turned away with a brochure and a weak story and the questions we had were hardly answered seriously. We had come to drive here for more than half an hour, but they will not see us here again. Very sad.

Have been waiting on site for 20 minutes. 2 employees passed me several times without saying hello or without indicating that they are coming. Then called to inform them that I was on site and asked if anyone could help me. The employee would pass it on to a colleague. Then wait for another 10 minutes. No one seen. Then I left. Too bad very bad first impression. I would like to indicate that you will be there in a few moments and offering something to drink. Bit indecent.
